The Jordan Activities registration window will not be open until confirmation from MDE, and the MSHSL that there will be a fall season. Communication will be sent once we receive information on a decision for the fall season. Our hope is to have an answer during the last week of July or first part of August. As of now, fall sports are scheduled to start August 17th.
Here is the link to Registration, however, it is not open at this time.
All students in 7-12 grade participating in sports or fine arts are required to have a qualifying physical exam on file with the school.
In an effort to be optimistic that there will be activities this fall, we are encouraging all families to confirm they have an updated sports physical on file with the school. If you do not have a physical, or it has expired (good for 3 years from date of exam), you will not be able to register for an activity. Please start thinking about this, as scheduling a sports physical may not be as easy as it was in years past.
If you are unsure of your physical exam status, please email email@example.com with the full name and grade of the student.
Qualifying Sports Physical Form – Please bring this form to your physical exam for the doctor to fill out.

*Each student must still complete the annual health history questionnaire.
*Any student who had not previously participated and who does not have medical clearance to participate will be required to have a physical and be cleared to participate.
